It converts waste cardboard boxes into flexible lattice cushioning and eco-friendly void fill, helping businesses reduce packaging costs while eliminating the need for plastic bubble wrap and loose-fill materials.

Built with an advanced industrial cutting system, the SP666-3PH processes cardboard up to 666mm wide and 20mm thick, producing up to 6m³ of protective void fill per hour. The machine operates at a cutting speed of 10 metres per minute and offers a continuous runtime of up to 6 hours, making it ideal for warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturers, and large eCommerce fulfilment operations.

Designed for maximum efficiency, the machine features an IE2 energy-efficient motor with soft-start technology, reducing component wear, lowering noise levels, and delivering up to 30% lower energy consumption compared with conventional machines. The SP666-3PH is fully CE compliant and manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 13857:2008 safety standards, providing enhanced operator protection with a 140mm safety distance. For optimum blade life and machine performance, staples, plastic tape, and strapping should be removed before shredding.
