Cancellation Policy

All ShredPack machinery is manufactured or prepared specifically against confirmed customer orders.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once payment or the agreed advance payment has been received.

Cancellation

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• Production and procurement begin immediately after confirmation.

• Cancellation requests after confirmation will not be accepted.

Order Changes

Changes after confirmation are subject to feasibility and may incur additional charges and revised delivery schedules.
