The ShredPack SP422 Three Phase Cardboard Shredder is a high-performance industrial cardboard perforator designed for businesses that generate large volumes of waste cardboard. It converts used cardboard boxes into premium eco-friendly void fill and protective packaging, helping reduce packaging costs while replacing plastic fillers with sustainable recycled cardboard.

Designed for continuous commercial use, the SP422 processes cardboard up to 420mm wide and 18mm thick, producing up to 6m³ of protective packaging per hour at a feed speed of 13 metres per minute. Powered by a robust 1.5kW three-phase motor, it delivers reliable performance for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, logistics companies, distribution centres, and eCommerce fulfilment operations.

Built with operator safety and productivity in mind, the SP422 features forward and reverse operation, overload protection, an Emergency Stop Switch, and a heavy-duty industrial cutting system for smooth and dependable performance.
