The ShredPack SP422-240V Cardboard Shredder is a high-performance single-phase cardboard perforator designed to convert waste cardboard into eco-friendly void fill and protective packaging. Ideal for warehouses, manufacturers, eCommerce fulfilment centres, logistics companies, and packaging operations, it helps reduce packaging costs while replacing plastic bubble wrap with sustainable recycled cardboard.

Powered by a variable-speed single-phase motor, the SP422-240V processes cardboard up to 420mm wide and 18mm thick, producing up to 6m³ of protective packaging per hour at a feed speed of 13 metres per minute. Its integrated cutting system trims and perforates cardboard in a single pass, creating flexible lattice cushioning material ready for immediate use.
