Refund and Returns Policy

All products are manufactured or prepared against confirmed customer orders.

Refunds

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued after order confirmation.
• Refunds will only be provided if MkLak Global Pvt. Ltd. is unable to supply the ordered product due to reasons solely attributable to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged or incorrect product and provide photographs and relevant supporting details.

After verification, ShredPack may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise rectify the issue.

EMI Payments

Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment source. EMI interest, processing fees, and other bank charges are governed by the policies of the issuing bank or financial institution.
